The Sde Dov District is located in northern Tel Aviv, on the site of the former Sde Dov Airport, which was evacuated in 2020.
The district boundaries are:
The Mediterranean Sea to the west
Profess Street to the north
Levi Eshkol Street to the east
Shai Agnon Street to the south
Nearby neighborhoods include Kokhav HaTzafon to the south, Lamed and Nofei Yam to the east, and Azorei Chen to the northeast.
Approximately 16,000 residential units are planned in the Sde Dov District.
In addition to housing, the district will include commercial areas, employment zones, public institutions, parks, a coastal promenade, and advanced transportation infrastructure.
The district is divided into three main residential areas: Eshkol (South), Central, and North.

Sales began first in the Eshkol Area and later expanded to the Central Area.
Eshkol, in the southern part of the district, was the first area where plots were marketed to developers, and construction has already begun on several sites. Recently, plots in the Central and Northern areas have also been marketed, and initial sales have started in Central Area projects.
